Adherence to ethical values is not just a principle—it is a responsibility. We strengthen our culture of transparency through the Ethics Hotline.

TEMSA believes that a strong ethical culture is essential for sustainable success. To support this, we have launched a multilingual Ethics Hotline allowing all our internal and external stakeholders to report instances of non-compliance or violations of ethical principles confidentially and securely. This platform is accessible 24/7, offers the option to submit anonymous reports, and is managed by an independent third party in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive. With our zero-tolerance policy against retaliation, we protect ethical values together and grow stronger together.
The Ethics Hotline is available 24/7 from anywhere in the world at: https://ethics.sanctiontrace.com The Ethics Hotline, which is accessible in three different languages, allows all complainants to choose whether to provide their contact information or remain anonymous. Anyone who fills out our online form at the link provided can submit questions or share concerns.
TEMSA employees may also report directly to their manager, TEMSA Ethics Advisor, TEMSA Ethics Committee, or TEMSA Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.

Report Tracking
Anyone who fills out the online form can submit questions or share concerns. When the helpline is contacted, a detailed report will be prepared regarding the issue raised, and TEMSA Ethics Committee will handle it urgently, confidentially, and discreetly, keeping the person who submitted the report informed of developments until the case is closed.
When you submit your report, you will be given a Report Code. Please make a note of it and keep it in a safe place. We ask that you use this Report Code and the password you created to reconnect with the ST Ethics Hotline via the website within 5–6 business days.
Your Privacy Is Protected

Disciplinary proceedings, including termination of the employment relationship and/or termination of employment contracts, will be initiated against any party found to have taken action against or retaliated against a whistleblower.
